About The Role

We're seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive Property Administrator to join our dynamic, results driven team at Yagan Square. As a key member of our team, you'll provide exceptional support to our Property Manager, tenants, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service. What You’ll Do

Process and manage tenant billing and recharges with precision and accuracyMaintain and update tenant compliance documents to ensure seamless onboarding and managementProactively manage arrears and maintain positive relationships with tenantsLeverage your organizational skills to manage lease maintenance, AP invoices, and property documentationProvide exceptional customer service and support to Property Manager and tenantsCollaborate with suppliers to resolve invoice disputes and ensure efficient operations

What You’ll Need

Proven administration experience, preferably in property administrationStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
