About the role
KAEFER Integrated Services is currently seeking a highly organised and people-focused Training Administrator to join our Mackay team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting people, and takes pride in maintaining high standards of compliance and organisation.
ABOUT THE JOB
Reporting directly to the Mackay leadership team, you will play an integral role in supporting workforce training, mobilisation and compliance activities across some of Queensland’s largest Mining, Ports, Rail, and Infrastructure sites
You’ll be responsible for coordinating inductions, training and compliance requirements for both short-term and long-term workforce needs, helping ensure employees are site-ready and fully compliant.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate employee mobilisation processes across multiple projects and shutdowns
Schedule and manage site inductions and training requirements
Maintain workforce compliance across multiple sites for blue and white-collar personnel
Coordinate and monitor QLD Coal Board Medical requirements
Ensure employee records, licences and training documentation are accurate and up to date
Provide administrative support when required
Work closely with internal teams to support operational workforce requirements
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will be highly organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
You will also bring:
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A professional and positive approach when working with employees and stakeholders at all levels
Solid experience using Microsoft Office
Previous experience in mobilisation, training coordination or workforce administration (desirable)
Experience using ResHealth and managing Coal Board Medicals (desirable)
