Position Title: NSW Branch Operations Manager

General Position Statement

The NSW Branch Operations Manager is an all-rounder, who is capable of leading the Warehousing teams, 3PL management & Customer Service teams at our Gregory Hills Branch in Sydney. The role also takes the lead in facility management for the main Gregory Hills site and the two other Sydney satellite branch locations.

As a seasonal, growing business, the successful candidate will need to lead from the front, embrace change and be adaptable as our business continues its growth trajectory.

We’re looking for someone that can continue & improve the excellence in both Customer Service & Warehousing by leading from the front with particular focus on:

• Team culture & spirit in line with the Maytronics Values

• Warehousing & 3PL performance including - delivered in full on time, stock management, housekeeping & safety metrics

• Customer service performance including customer response time and accuracy, administrative output

The role will include a strong induction with support from the incumbent high performer who is retiring.

Qualifications Skills and Experience 

• Proven team leader experience in a warehouse/customer facing role

• Proven customer support experience

• Experience in a picking/packing warehouse

• Practical knowledge and experience of stock control

• Experience with WH&S in a Warehouse environment

• Effective phone contact handling skills and active listening

• Competent using CRM systems and practices

• Flexible with customer interactions and ability to adapt/respond to various personalities

• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
