Astley's Building Supplies is a leading supplier of building and construction materials across the Central West. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team in Dubbo.

About the Role

As a Delivery Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their orders safely, accurately, and on time. Working closely with our yard and sales teams, you'll be responsible for delivering building materials to residential, commercial, and construction sites across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver building and construction materials safely and efficiently
• Load, secure, and unload products in accordance with safety requirements
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
• Ensure delivery documentation is completed accurately
• Assist in the yard and warehouse when required
• Comply with all road safety, Chain of Responsibility (CoR), and workplace safety requirements

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A current HR licence (preferred) or MR licence with relevant experience
• A safe driving record and strong commitment to workplace safety
• Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience delivering building materials or similar products is advantageous
• Good physical fitness and ability to undertake manual handling tasks
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
