About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tax Accountant to join the team at PMA & Associates in Broadview, South Australia. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in delivering high-quality taxation services to our clients. As a Tax Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing and lodging tax returns, managing tax compliance obligations, and providing strategic tax advice to individuals and businesses. This position is fundamental to our service delivery and directly contributes to maintaining strong client relationships and supporting the growth of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of income tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships

• Preparation and lodgment of BAS, IAS, and other ATO compliance requirements

• Bookkeeping and preparation of financial statements

• Client communication and support

• Assistance with tax planning and business advisory work

About You:

• Minimum 2-3 years of previous experience in a tax and accounting firm is required

• Experience using Xero (and related add-ons) will be an advantage

• A keen desire to learn and develop within the tax and accounting profession

• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi speaking is preferred)

Remuneration:

$80,000 to $100,000 + Super (depending on the experience)
