We are on the hunt for both Educators and Lead Educators.

Are you a passionate and experienced Early Years Educator looking for a fresh opportunity to inspire young minds? We're seeking dedicated individuals to join our team, whether you're Diploma qualified, working towards your Diploma or hold a Certificate III, to provide exceptional care and learning experiences in a nurturing environment.

If you are available to work 5 days per week including opening and closing shifts you can can be considered for a full-time contract (38 hours per week) with an annual salary of $62,737 - $70,631.85, commensurate with classification and qualifications.
We also have part-time (if you can work 3-4 days per week) and casual positions.

About You:

• You hold a Diploma, working towards your Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education.
• You have experience working within the early years and a strong understanding of early childhood development.
• You're a proactive, creative, and engaging educator who thrives in a busy and stimulating environment.
• You're passionate about fostering a love of learning in young children, helping them grow into confident and capable learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement educational programs that support children’s individual needs.
• Build meaningful relationships with families and children, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and maintain a safe, nurturing environment for all.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
• Current Working with Children Check
• Foundations of Child Safety Training - mandatory
• Current First Aid & CPR (HLTAID004) Certificate
• Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate
