CASUAL / TEMPORARY PART-TIME ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

About the role

Initially, the role will be office-based in Coorparoo, working alongside the existing administration team. The successful applicant will assist with general administration, data entry and accounts-related tasks, with the potential to transition to work from home arrangements once fully trained, trusted and confident working independently.

Key responsibilities

• Data entry and administration in simPRO

• Data entry and accounts administration in MYOB

• Credit card reconciliation

• Entering and processing invoices

• Matching supplier invoices and purchase orders

• General accounts and administration support

• Filing and maintaining electronic records

• Assisting with project and job documentation

• General office administration as required

About you

• Previous practical, hands-on experience with simPRO is essential

• Previous practical accounts experience with MYOB is essential

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

• Experience with general office administration and data entry

• Experience with accounts administration and reconciliation

• Highly organised and detail-oriented

• Accurate with data entry and financial information

• Reliable, trustworthy and able to work independently

• Comfortable working in a busy construction environment

• Able to hit the ground running with minimal training
