Cinnabon NSW Team Member & Store Supervisors

We’re looking for friendly, reliable and hardworking team members to join our Cinnabon NSW stores.

We have both FULL-TIME and PART-TIME positions available.

This is a great opportunity if you want to learn different areas of the business — not just customer service!

You’ll be trained to:

• Roll, proof & bake Cinnabon products

• Make coffee and cold drinks

• Operate the cashier / POS system

• Serve and assist customers

• Preparing and serving Cinnabon products, drinks and display products

• Restocking products and packaging

• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation

• Following food safety and company procedures

• Providing friendly and efficient customer service

• Assisting with opening and closing duties when required

Previous hospitality, bakery or barista experience is a bonus, but training will be provided.

We’re looking for people who are:

• Reliable and punctual

• Friendly, willing to learn, and follow store procedures

• Positive and customer-focused

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Able to work well independently and as part of a team

• Flexible with weekday, weekend and public holiday availability
