Specialised Foster Carer

Nine months can change a child's life. Could you be the one to help?

As a specialised foster carer, you'll welcome one child aged 12 to 17 into your home for around nine months. You'll give them the calm, steady home they need to feel safe, build confidence and learn everyday skills.

You won't do this alone. You'll join a dedicated team, including a therapist, teacher, skills coach and supervisor, who support you every step of the way.

You'll also receive:

• A tax-free allowance of $6,250 per month while caring for a child

• Daily check-ins and 24/7 on-call support

• Full training before a child is placed with you

Could this be you?

No formal qualifications or fostering experience needed. To get started, you'll need:

• A spare bedroom

• No children under 5 living at home

• To live in the Blacktown or Campbelltown area
