Sales Consultant

 About the role

The role involves joining our established team of sales consultants to assist our clients with the selection of their tiles and bathroom ware products in either a Full Time or Part Time, (3-4 days a week) position.

The main things that you would be doing include:

• Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships

• Analyse existing/potential customer needs

• Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers

• Achieve agreed upon sales targets

• Ensure the swift resolution of customer problems and issues

• Keep abreast of best practices in market

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for candidates with the following:

Weekend work is a must.

• Enthusiasm and drive

• Previous sales experience is an advantage

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office

• Willingness to build positive professional relationships with clients

• Excellent communication skills

• Willingness to learn and improve
