The Role:

As our Storeperson, you'll work Monday to Thursday, 3:00am–12:06pm and Friday, 4:00am–8:06am, playing a key role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, picking and dispatch of goods to support daily operations. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you'll contribute to a safe, organised and productive warehouse environment while supporting the wider team to achieve operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate effectively in a -18°C to -24°C freezer environment while adhering to cold storage procedures.
• Safely receive, pick, pack, and dispatch stock in accordance with operational requirements and customer deadlines.
• Accurately load, unload, and move products using forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through stock checks, cycle counts, and correct system transactions.
• Contribute to a positive, reliable, and team-focused workplace culture.

About You

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, stores, logistics, or cold storage environment preferred.
• Current Forklift Licence (LF) and experience operating material handling equipment highly regarded.
• Physically capable of manual handling tasks and working in a -18°C to -24°C freezer environment
• Strong commitment to workplace safety, quality, and compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
