Job Description

Due to internal promotion, EVSE is looking for a proactive and engaging Service Coordinator to step into the business in an on-site full-time role in Silverwater to help us scale and deliver the highest quality service to our diverse customer base. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in assisting the Engineering and Services Team with the everyday operations the end-to-end servicing process.

Responsibilities:

Scheduling & Coordination: Organise site visits, reactive servicing, and annual maintenance. Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal teams, customers, and contractors. Billing & Database Management: Oversee service payments and maintain accurate records. Admin & Documentation: Process orders, quotes, and service documentation. Customer Engagement: Respond to inquiries and support customer service channels. Sales Support: Identify opportunities to promote annual maintenance packages. Invoicing: Ensure timely and proactive invoicing.
