HD Mechanic - Field Service

Wallis Drilling invites applications from qualified trades people with broad mechanical knowledge to maintain our fleet of Drill Rigs, Trucks, Light Vehicles, and associated equipment to work onsite (FIFO) as a HD Mechanic.

These roles would predominantly suit HD and Plant Mechanics that have previous experience in the diagnostic and general maintenance of Drill Rigs, HD Trucks and Light Vehicles.

Candidates will need a Mechanical Trade qualification with at least 3 years post trade experience and a general knowledge of hydraulics. A demonstrated understanding of compressors, auto electrical and welding experience would be an advantage. A forklift ticket and HR license is preferred but not essential.
