Commis Chef/Chef de Partie

We’re looking for a Commis Chef or Chef de Partie!

We’re on the hunt for a reliable and motivated chef to join our team, working across our two venues in Watson and Florey.

The role would suit either a Commis Chef looking to build their skills or an experienced Chef de Partie ready to step into a varied role. You’ll need to be comfortable assisting at both venues when required and enjoy working as part of a busy, supportive team.

• Preparing and cooking menu items to a consistently high standard
• Assisting with daily prep and smooth kitchen service
• Following recipes, portion sizes and presentation standards
• Monitoring food quality, freshness and stock levels
• Rotating stock correctly and following FIFO procedures
• Maintaining a clean, organised and food-safe kitchen
• Minimising waste and using ingredients efficiently
• Working closely with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Assisting with bakery production when required

Bakery experience would be a huge bonus, but it isn’t essential for the right person.
