Snr Specialist Family Violence Practitioner – Resp. & AH (SR0194)

• Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology or a related discipline that meets Family Violence Minimum Mandatory Qualification requirements
• Demonstrated experience undertaking MARAM family violence risk and needs assessments
• Experience working with adult and child victim survivors of family violence
• Strong understanding of the impacts of family violence and the ability to apply relevant theoretical frameworks to practice
• Demonstrated ability to provide trauma-informed support to people with complex needs
• Experience working with diverse communities and people experiencing multiple forms of disadvantage
• Strong case management, crisis intervention and risk management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a team environment
• Experience maintaining accurate case records, reports and client databases
• Current unrestricted Australian Driver Licence
• Experience in a senior practitioner or leadership role (highly desirable)
• Experience working directly with children and young people as victim survivors in their own right (highly desirable)
