About the role

Are you ready to build your Valuation Career and grow within a highly regarded company? As an Assistant Valuer at Knight Frank Valuations, you will be a part of a dedicated, fast paced and interactive team. You’ll work alongside a team of experienced valuers, while gaining insight into the residential property sector. 

·       Liaising with selling agents, property managers, brokers and other key stakeholders

·       Working with and alongside valuers and our support teams nationwide

·       On site inspections with qualified valuers

·       Assisting in report writing

·       Understanding of residential valuation processes

Skills, Experience & Requirements

·       Completed or currently completing API accredited tertiary education in property

·       Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

·       Demonstrated organisational and communication skills

·       Intermediate MS Office skills

·       Current Australian driver’s license and willingness to travel

·       Hold permanent Australian residency status
