About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing casual Demonstrator to join our QLD Sales team. As a Demonstrator, you will be responsible for promoting our cheeses, engaging with customers, and driving sales through effective demonstrations. You will play a key role in creating a positive and informative experience for our shoppers, helping them understand the benefits and features of our cheeses.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cheese demonstrations in retail stores
- Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide detailed information about our cheeses.
- Highlight cheeses features and benefits, and show how they meet shopper needs.
- Drive sales by encouraging shoppers to make purchases and providing excellent customer service.
- Set up and maintain demonstration areas, ensuring they are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective demonstration strategies and promotional materials.
- Collect customer feedback and report it to the sales and marketing manager
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products to effectively position our products.

Skills & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, sales, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a demonstrator, sales representative, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and connect with customers, creating a positive and memorable experience.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively convey product information.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and travel as needed.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and set up demonstration equipment.
- Experience in the industry related to the products being demonstrated.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
- Must have drivers license and reliable transport
