Commissioning Manager - Prefab & Integrated Solutions

As part of our growth initiative, we are looking to hire a Commissioning Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee offsite and onsite commissioning activities for complex medium voltage and low voltage electrical systems. This will include multi product prefabricated solutions and loose product packages with a primary focus on data center applications.

Key Duties:

• Lead end-to-end commissioning of modular and prefabricated systems, from factory testing through to on-site integration and handover.

• Develop commissioning plans, schedules, and testing frameworks (FAT, SAT, IST) to deliver successful project outcomes.

• Coordinate internal teams, OEMs, subcontractors, clients, and commissioning agents to ensure seamless execution and stakeholder alignment.

• Drive testing readiness, monitor progress and quality, and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and within scope.

• Ensure all commissioning activities meet technical, contractual, and industry compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years' experience in electrical project delivery, commissioning coordination, or systems integration.

• Proven experience coordinating commissioning on complex, multi-disciplinary projects such as data centres, utilities, or critical infrastructure.

• Exposure to prefabricated, modular, or integrated solutions is highly regarded.

• Electrical trade qualification with a current electrical licence.

• Strong knowledge of MV/LV systems, UPS, switchgear, protection, and control systems.

• Sound understanding of commissioning methodologies, including FAT, SAT, and IST.
