Director of Creo Enablement

We’re looking for a Director of Creo Enablement to join our high-performing OM Content team.
About the role
The Director of Creo Enablement is responsible for driving the growth, adoption and evolution of Creo, OM Content's end-to-end influencer marketing capability. This role will lead product development, agency enablement, commercial growth and industry partnerships to ensure Creo remains the market-leading creator solution across the OM network.
This is a group role and reports to the Head of Social & Innovation, OM Content Sydney.
Key Responsibilities
Own and evolve the Creo proposition across OM agencies.Drive adoption of Creo across OM agencies, building awareness, engagement and capability across the network.Lead the commercial growth of Creo, identifying new opportunities, growing revenue and supporting new business pitches.Develop and maintain strong relationships with agency leaders, clients, creators, platforms and industry partners.Identify and leverage emerging creator trends, technology and partnerships to continually evolve the Creo offering.Lead capability development, training and knowledge sharing to build influencer marketing expertise across OM.Build and foster a connected, high-performing creator community, mentoring specialist talent and encouraging collaboration and innovation.Represent Creo externally through thought leadership, industry events, partnerships and awards, strengthening its position in the Australian market.
About You
8+ years’ experience in influencer marketing, creator marketing, social, content or a closely related discipline, with a strong understanding of the Australian creator landscape.Proven experience leading and evolving influencer or creator marketing propositions, products or capabilities within an agency or media environment.A strong track record of driving commercial growth, including growing revenue, identifying new opportunities and contributing to successful new business pitches.Experience working at a senior strategic level, partnering with agency leaders, clients, platforms and external industry partners.Demonstrated ability to build and scale new capabilities, driving adoption, training and knowledge sharing across a broader organisation.Commercially minded, with an understanding of campaign profitability, client retention and sustainable business growth.
