Accounts Receivable, Payable & Reception Officer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable & Reception Officer to join our team at Big Wet in Doveton, VIC. This full-time role is responsible for managing customer invoicing, supplier accounts, and reception duties while providing outstanding customer service. Supporting a business with over 6,000 customers, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring healthy cash flow, and being the welcoming first point of contact for visitors and phone enquiries. This is a busy, varied position suited to someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties

• Customer invoicing and payment allocation

• Following up overdue accounts

• Processing supplier invoices and payments

• Reconciling customer and supplier accounts

• Preparing statements and account reports

• Responding to customer and supplier enquiries

• Answering incoming calls and assisting with reception

• Maintaining accurate financial and customer records

You will have previous accounts receivable, accounts payable or finance administration experience, strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.

Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel is preferred.
