Graduate Radiographer

About the role

Maclean Radiology is seeking a Graduate Radiographer to join our growing team in Maclean NSW. This is a full-time position offering an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to begin their professional career in medical imaging. You will work within a supportive clinical environment, gaining practical experience across a range of imaging modalities whilst providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients. This role is essential to our mission of delivering excellent patient care and accurate diagnostic imaging within our community.

What you'll be doing

• Performing radiographic examinations using various imaging equipment

• Following all radiation safety protocols and infection control procedures to protect patient, staff and personal safety

• Maintaining detailed and accurate records of imaging procedures and patient information

• Communicating effectively with patients to explain procedures and address any concerns

• Maintaining imaging equipment through routine quality assurance checks and reporting any technical issues

• Contributing to a culture of continuous professional development and learning within our organisation

What we're looking for

• Have completed, or are nearing completion of, an accredited Medical Radiation Science or Diagnostic Radiography qualification

• Eligible for AHPRA registration and NSW radiation licence

• Committed to patient safety and high-quality care

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A positive approach to learning and feedback
