In our Corporate Finance team we specialise in:

• Mergers, acquisitions and business development;
• Transaction support and due diligence;
• Capital market support;
• Valuation and expert reports;
• Litigation support and forensic investigation;
• Financial model construction and review;
• Family law.

Depending on the division you apply for, the vacation program will start in late 2026 or early 2027.

The Corporate Finance team at RSM are interested in motivated and enthusiastic Vacation Students who possess the following skillsets and experiences:

• Penultimate year students completing a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting, Finance or Law;
• Willingness to work autonomously and in a collaborative team environment;
• Strong problem-solving skills as well as an enthusiasm to learn;
• A can-do attitude and a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
