Skid Steer / Posi Track / Excavator Operator

About the role

Green Genie Earthworks are looking for experienced and reliable operators to join our team, working across a range of earthworks, civil, and contracting projects throughout Perth. This hands-on role involves operating machinery safely and efficiently, supporting site operations, and contributing to high-quality project outcomes. There is opportunity for the successful applicant to grow within the company and take on increased responsibility across projects.

Key responsibilities

• Operate skid steer, posi track, and/or excavator machinery

• Carry out bulk earthworks, site prep, and material movement

• Maintain machinery and ensure safe operation at all times

• Follow instructions from Supervisors

• Work collaboratively with the team to meet deadlines

• Perform general site duties and clean-up as required

About you

• Current white card

• Proven experience operating relevant machinery

• Valid tickets and licences for machinery operated

• Strong understanding of site safety and protocols

• Able to perform physical tasks when required

• Work through all weather conditions

• Be punctual, reliable and respectful

• Pass a Drug/Alcohol test and Pre-Employment Medical

• Have full working rights in Australia

• Police clearance
