CS&G Signs is a well-established signage and print business with blue chip clients, that has been in operation for over 35 years. We recently moved into our new purpose-built facility in Thomastown which has state of the art facilities and machinery. We are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a talented individual to join our friendly team as we expand into a new era for the company.

What you’ll be doing

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Signage Installer to join our growing team. This role involves the installation of high-quality signage across commercial and retail sites, including interstate and rural VIC travel for national rollout projects.

-Install a wide range of signage including vinyl graphics, dimensional lettering, illuminated channel letters, pylons, banners, and wayfinding signage.

-Read and interpret plans, drawings, and project specifications.

-Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

-Conduct site surveys and take accurate measurements when required.

-Troubleshoot on-site installation issues and communicate effectively with project managers.

-Maintain a clean and professional work environment on job sites.

What we’re looking for

-Proven experience with Signage Installs.

-Ensure all installations are completed accurately, securely, and to a high standard.

-Maintain strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

-Follow all OHS requirements, SWMS, and company safety procedures.

-Represent CS&G Signs professionally and provide excellent customer service.

-Work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends when required.

-Travel interstate or rural VIC as required for project installations.

-Australian work rights are required for this position.

-Full car driving licence is required.

Must Haves

-Experience in the industry

-Australian Residency

-Valid Driver’s Licence

-EWP Licence preferred
