We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Catering Staff to join our team for upcoming events in Bathurst.

This is a fast-paced, customer-focused position where you’ll help deliver quality food and excellent service to event attendees. As a Catering All-Rounder, you’ll assist with food preparation, customer service, POS operation, payment processing, restocking, cleaning, and general catering operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food according to company standards.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Take customer orders and process payments using the POS system.
• Restock ingredients, packaging, beverages, and other supplies.
• Maintain clean, hygienic, and organised service areas.
• Follow food-safety and workplace health and safety procedures.
• Work efficiently during busy service periods.
• Assist with opening, closing, setup, and pack-down duties.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service.

What we’re looking for

• Previous catering, hospitality, café, restaurant, or food-truck experience is preferred.
• A positive attitude and excellent customer-service skills.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
• Flexible availability for weekend and event shifts.
• A Food Safety Certificate is preferred but not essential.
