Salary per hour: $32.91 + superannuation + generous salary packaging options

Employment Type: Ongoing part-time 2 positions available - 1 x 40 hours per fortnight & 1 x 32 hours per fortnight

Award: Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2025 - 2027

Role description

Dhelkaya Health is seeking a Trade Cook to join our team.  The kitchen produces over 750 meals daily utilising cook fresh/cook chill processes and provides home delivered meals to the community. 

You will work in areas such as the kitchen and café and perform roles including, but not limited to, food preparation, special needs catering, function work which will include a range and variety of dishes, along with planning menus and controlling and meeting food costs requirements.

About you

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or suitable amount of practical experience)
• Food Safety Training
• Demonstrate a good understanding of food handling requirements
• Have a positive attitude
• An ability to provide excellent customer service.
