We are a premiere venue based in the Liverpool Region focusing on providing a unique experience to every customer who walks through our doors. We are attentive and listen to all customers advice and try our very best to improve our offerings each and every day. We love chatting with our locals and new faces to see how they're feeling and what they wish to see next at the Macquarie Hotel. 
 

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Attend to customer requests

• Perform with a high level of attention to detail

• Offer a unique experience to customers

• Work within a team environment and report to the management team
   

Successful Candidate

Will require good communication skills, be well presented, and understand the true meaning of great customer service. We want someone who is willing to go that extra step to ensure our valued patrons enjoy their experience and in turn choose us as their go-to venue.
 

There are multiple roles on offer which include of Gaming, Bar, Kitchen Front of House and Floor positions. You will be required to work nights & weekends, however we strive to create a balanced roster that works for both you, and the business. 
 

 Desirable Skills

• Gaming Room Experience

• Bar Experience

• Kitchen Front of House Experience

• TAB/Keno Experience

• ARCG Card

Must Have's

• Valid NSW RSA & RCG, ARCG Competency card (Bar & Gaming Roles)

• Flexible availability including nights and weekends
