About the role

Calvary Adelaide Hospital have an exciting opportunity to work in a busy Level 3 Intensive Care Unit in a brand new state of the art hospital. We are a unique ICU offering our team flexible rostering with 12 hour shifts and are keen to work around your family needs. We also offer no relieving to wards and a cohort of senior staff that make the workplace a very supportive environment to be in. We have a wonderful culture with a friendly and fun team and staffing levels that are all about patient care and safety.

In ICU, we value our staff and want to look after our nursing cohort. We have an excellent mix of acute patients and offer the full spectrum of services including ECMO. Our environment and equipment is brand new with wonderful work spaces that are designed for great patient care.

What you bring

Registered Nurse with APHRA
At least two years of ICU nursing and a keen attitude to learn
ALS Accredited
Kindness and respect for those around you
Ability to work proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activity
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
Demonstrated communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills
A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
Valid authority to work in Australia
