Account Service Associate (Burwood Branch) - Bank of China Sydney Branch
 
The primary responsibilities of this junior position will be for customer inquiries and bank business operations. You will collaborate with your branch manager and colleagues to provide every customer you work with exceptional results.
 
This is a Two Years Maximum Term contract role, subject to review for an on-going position after contract period. 
 
More specifically you will:

• Assist customers with their transactional needs in the branch, such as account opening, deposit, remittance, and foreign exchange, and make ensure they are satisfied
• Adhere to the Bank's processes and procedures
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, as well as the ability to work with people from different backgrounds
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, both oral and written
• Exceptional natural ability to work both individually and collaboratively in a team
• Previous retail banking experience within financial services is highly appreciated.
