• Lead commercial discussions, presentations and high-value proposals
• Partner across the business to deliver winning client solutions

What You'll Bring;

• Proven success winning complex B2B commercial opportunities
• Experience within BPO, outsourcing, credit, collections or related industries
• Ability to engage senior executives and influence strategic decisions
• Strong business development, relationship management and growth mindset
• Commercial acumen with experience navigating complex sales cycles
• Degree qualified or equivalent commercial leadership experience
