As a Graduate Strategy Consultant at Simon-Kucher, you will help leading organisations solve some of their most important commercial challenges. You will analyze data, develop strategies and work alongside experienced consultants and senior clients to deliver measurable impact.

From your first project, you will be given meaningful responsibility while receiving the training, feedback and support needed to build a successful consulting career. We welcome applications from final-year students, recent graduates and early-career professionals with up to two years of experience.

How You Will Create An Impact

Help structure complex and often ambiguous commercial challengesEngage in solution design and development of methodology within project teams of typically 2-5 consultantsConduct analysis to test hypotheses and translate them into clear, practical and commercially grounded recommendationsDevelop models to simulate and quantify impacts of recommendationsCreate and deliver client presentationsTake ownership of defined analyses and workstreams as your experience grows

Your Profile

A critical thinker with great analytical and communication skillsBachelor's degree with strong academic recordSome professional experience from prior internships or roles in consulting firms or industry would be advantageousA team player, with proven ability to collaborate with othersHigh degree of initiative and critical thinkingProficient working knowledge of MS OfficeFluent business English (written and spoken)Be willing to travel for projects & training (domestic & international)Have Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Australian permanent residency
