Minda is the largest not-for-profit disability service provider and employer in SA, providing advocacy, support and services to enable people living with an intellectual disability to live their best lives. About the role
As Manager -Supported Living Services, you will provide operational and people leadership across a cluster of residential homes, ensuring high-quality, person-centred services that empower clients to achieve their goals and aspirations.
This is a diverse leadership role where you will manage service delivery, staffing, compliance, stakeholder relationships, financial performance and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll work closely with clients, families, guardians, support coordinators and internal teams to ensure services meet individual needs while maintaining compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and organisational requirements.
As a visible and hands-on leader, you'll spend time supporting teams within client homes, mentoring staff, driving quality outcomes and fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion and excellence.
