Mergent Group is currently seeking experienced E&I Technicians for a major greenfield industrial project based at Olympic Dam, South Australia.

What’s on Offer: 

• $65.44/hr base rate + penalty rates  

• Stable ongoing project with completion expected in early 2027  

• FIFO from Adelaide  

• 2:1 roster - day shifts only  

• Camp accommodation provided  

• Meals included onsite  

• Flights included to/from Adelaide  

• $300 interstate travel allowance per swing  

• Immediate starts available

Roster: 2:1 FIFO Roster | Day Shifts 

Employment Type: FIFO 

Duration: Ongoing Project | Completion Expected Early 2027 

Start Date: ASAP 

About the Role: 

You will be part of a high-performing team supporting commissioning and industrial electrical works across a major greenfield project. The role offers exposure to large-scale installation, testing, commissioning, and project delivery activities in a fast-paced mining and construction environment. 

About You: 

To be successful in this role, you will have: 

• Previous experience as an E&I Technician within mining, construction, commissioning, or heavy industry  

• SA Electrical Workers Licence (or willingness for mutual recognition) 

• Certificate III or IV in Instrumentation 

• National Police Clearance (within 6 months or willing to obtain during recruitment process) 

• CPR/LVR (within last 12 months) 

• White Card 

• Drivers license 

• Working at Heights (desirable) 

• EWP (desirable) 

• Able to pass a full pre-employment medical + drug and alcohol testing
