Behind every great event is a great crew. We're looking for a Graphics & Motion Designer to join us in Cheltenham for a 1-3 month contract, full time hours, helping bring our event content and branding to life on screen.

The role

As our Graphics & Motion Designer, you'll create the animated content, graphics and visual assets that show up across our events, from screen content and stage builds to branded intros and client presentations. You'll work closely with our production and creative team, so this is an in-person role based at our Cheltenham office.

What you'll do

• Design and animate motion graphics for live event screens, stage content and branded builds.

• Design still graphics and pre-production visuals, including mock-ups and concept art for upcoming events.

• Prepare ready-to-print graphics for signage, banners, collateral and event branding, to correct specs and print standards.

• Turn client branding and creative concepts into polished visual content, on screen and in print.

• Work directly with clients to understand their brief, share concepts, and bring their vision to life.

• Collaborate with the production team to make sure content fits the technical specs of each event.

• Edit and format video content for different screen types and resolutions.

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines across our event calendar.

• Help maintain a library of templates and assets for future events.

What we're looking for

• Strong motion design skills, with a portfolio that shows your range and craft.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, After effects).

• An eye for detail and a care for how finished work looks and feels.

• Comfortable working to tight deadlines and adapting quickly when briefs change.

• Experience in events, AV or live production is a bonus, but not essential.

• Available to work in person, full-time, at our Cheltenham office

• Open to contractor or fixed-term staff arrangements.
