Property/Conveyancing Lawyer (2-3 PAE)

The Role

Strathfield Law is seeking a dynamic and experienced Conveyancing/Property Lawyer to join our growing team in Enfield, NSW. As a Conveyancing/Property Solicitor (2-3 PAE), you will play a crucial role in providing high-level legal service and advice to our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

1. Managing residential and commercial property transactions from start to finish.

2. Drafting and reviewing contracts of sale and other legal documents.

3. Providing legal advice to clients on property law matters and transactions.

4. Liaising with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

1. 2-3 years of post-admission experience in conveyancing or property law

2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients

3. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

4. A team player with a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail

5. Competency in using PEXA platform and Microsoft Office
