ACT & Government Engagement Coordinator

Permanent Part-time | 30 hours (4 days) per week | Canberra, ACT

Salary: $51,200 per annum + super (FTE equivalent: $64,000 + super)

We're seeking a highly organised and proactive ACT & Government Engagement Coordinator to support our ACT education and concert programs, stakeholder engagement activities and government relations initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and an interest in the arts, education and stakeholder engagement. Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating education and professional development programs across ACT schools;

• Building and maintaining relationships with teachers, schools and key stakeholders;

• Supporting government engagement, fundraising and grant administration activities;

• Assisting with the delivery of concerts and events in Canberra; and

• Maintaining accurate CRM records and providing administrative support across a range of programs and projects.

What you'll bring:

• Strong administration and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail;

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities;

• A proactive, customer-focused approach and the ability to manage competing priorities;

• Confidence working independently and collaboratively; and

• An interest in the arts, education and community engagement (CRM experience is desirable).
