Key Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages to Zarraffa’s standards
• Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate POS and drive-thru systems
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
• Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team

What We’re Looking For

• Ideal for school leavers with flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, early mornings and afternoons
• Weekend work is essential
• A friendly, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Barista experience is not essential (training provided)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $27.00 – $37.43 per hour
