About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care to residents while working alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality clinical care to residents

• Medication administration and clinical assessments

• Care planning and documentation

• Monitoring resident wellbeing and responding to changes in condition

• Leading and supporting care staff

• Building positive relationships with residents and families

• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

About You

To be successful, you will possess:

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse

• Minimum 3 years Registered Nursing experience

• Aged Care Experience Desired

• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Ability to work across a rotating roster including morning, afternoon and night shifts

• Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
