The Role:

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Casual Maintenance Team Members with proven experience within the facilities field. This position will be based at Rouse Hill Town Centre in Rouse Hill. 

The overall functions of this role are:

• General handy-person and trade duties
• Carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance work
• Maintain the presentation of the centre to a high standard
• Provide excellent customer service skills in order to deal with tenants and clients
• Flexibility to work across different shifts

To succeed in this role you will need:

• Previous experience within retail environment
• Ability to manage a team and work stand-alone.
• Qualification in either carpentry/plumbing/electrical engineering will be favourable, but not mandatory
• Versatile handy-person skills
• Be self-motivated and responsible
• Have good time management and organisational skills
• Physically capable of moving equipment
• Liaise with customers and customer complaints
• Trade qualification in either carpentry, plumbing, painting etc 
• Ability to use Power tools, Forklift, scissor lift (EWP) highly desirable
• Must be willing to obtain a National Police Clearance Check
• Must have valid work rights in Australia
