As Centre Manager, you will:

• Lead the daily operations of the centre, ensuring excellence across quality, compliance, people leadership, and financial performance.
• Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team committed to delivering exceptional early education.
• Foster meaningful partnerships with families and the local community.
• Drive occupancy growth through community engagement and effective centre promotion.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and educational excellence.
• Support your team to achieve and exceed the National Quality Standards.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace where people love to come to work.

You are an influential leader who brings:

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Proven success as a Centre Manager within an early childhood service.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving occupancy and performance outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
• A passion for creating positive team cultures and driving meaningful change.
• A current Working with Children Check.
• Strong understanding of compliance, child safety, and quality frameworks.
