Qualified Butcher *Assistant Manager Full-Time *

Requirements

• Trade qualified butcher

• Experience in retail butchery

• Strong knife skills and meat preparation capabilities

• Excellent Customer service with attention to detail

• Passion to create new dishes, and ideas

• Previous retail or butchery experience

• If you have no experience as an Assistant Manager the right applicant will be trained by our Master Butcher  

• Great Personality 

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment 

• Wrapping, cleaning, and general shop duties

• Must be reliable, trustworthy, friendly, and willing to learn

• Must reside in Australia to apply
