Facilities Coordinator, Vic

CBC Group are seeking a motivated Facilities Coordinator to join our growing team in Victoria, based in our office in Keilor Park.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in facilities, trades, or construction who’s ready to hit the ground running and step into a dynamic, career‑building role within a well‑established national organisation.

As a key part of our team, you will support operations across a diverse range of clients spanning retail, aviation, aged care, hospitality, and more, playing a vital role in ensuring smooth, high-quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate work orders and activities across multiple sites.
• Schedule internal trades and subcontractors to meet response times, costs, and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure performance and presentation are at the highest standard.
• Manage planned preventive maintenance and associated schedules.
• Complete job status and completion reporting.
• Ensure timely delivery of all maintenance, repairs, and upgrades while complying with WHS requirements.

About you:

• Confident in building strong client relationships and fostering a positive work environment.
• Relevant experience in facilities maintenance, trade, fire and/or construction industry
• Strong planning, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with computerised maintenance management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable managing all aspects of service delivery, including issuing work orders, quotations, and logging faults.

Requirements:

• General Construction Induction Training Card
• Current National Police Check (or willing to obtain); and
• Valid Driver’s Licence.
• Industry Trade Qualification OR Project Management (desirable)
