About the role

The role is perfect for someone who is looking to either start their career in administration or develop and grow new skills in the professional services industry.

In this role, you'll closely collaborate with advisers and the client services team, assisting them in providing an exceptional experience for both new and existing clients.

You will also be responsible for:

• Booking appointments and managing advisers calendars.

• Greeting clients and visitors in a warm and friendly manner.

• Performing general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, data entry, email management and filing.

• Providing support to other team members as needed.

About you

• Able to develop rapport with people through strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Being able to take ownership for your allocated work and meet workflow deadlines, all within a supportive team environment.

• A positive, energetic and inquisitive manner.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft applications and be comfortable with new technology.
