What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of our Maintenance team, you'll play an important role in ensuring our plant and equipment operate safely, efficiently and reliably by:

• Responding to equipment breakdowns and carrying out repairs to minimise downtime

• Performing preventative and scheduled maintenance activities

• Troubleshooting mechanical faults and identifying root causes

• Contributing ideas to improve equipment reliability, performance and safety

• Ensuring equipment is handed over in a safe, clean and food-grade ready condition

• Maintaining accurate maintenance records and supporting continuous improvement initiatives

• Working closely with production teams to keep operations running smoothly

What You'll Bring

• Cert III Trade Qualification (NSW recognised) in a relevant trade

• 1-3 years post-trade maintenance experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment

• Strong fault-finding, troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills

• Experience with preventative maintenance programs

• A safety-first mindset and commitment to quality workmanship

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team

• A proactive approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed
