Disability Support Worker

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to NDIS participants, assisting them with daily living tasks, personal care, community access, and skill development. You will work closely with participants and their families to promote independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Preferred: Fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance.
• Support community participation and social activities.
• Assist with medication and health needs as required.
• Encourage independence and skill development.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in disability or aged care (preferred).
• Driving with their own insured car and valid drivers license.
• Relevant qualifications (Certificate III or IV in Disability or Individual Support desirable).
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid & CPR.
• A caring, patient, and professional approach.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $35.15 – $43.23 per hour
