This entry-level position is designed for someone who is new to the industry and eager to learn, develop their skills and gain practical experience within a supportive, high-performing environment.

The primary focus of the role will be lead generation—connecting with people, building relationships and identifying new business opportunities. You will receive structured training, coaching and hands-on experience to help you understand the complete real estate sales process.

About the Role

As a Sales Cadet, you will:

• Undertake daily lead-generation and prospecting activities
• Make outbound calls to prospective buyers, sellers and property owners
• Build relationships with people in the Mudgee community
• Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities within the database
• Assist with buyer enquiries, open homes and property inspections
• Support the sales team with campaigns and day-to-day activities
• Learn the complete sales process, from prospecting through to settlement
• Participate in structured Sales Academy training and coaching
• Represent the McGrath brand professionally in every interaction

About You

You do not need previous real estate experience. We are looking for someone who:
