The Role:

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Used Car Aftermarket Customer Care Consultant to join our team. You will need to have a strong commitment to customer service and be highly driven to achieve targets. We are fun-loving, hard-working and would love for you to join our team!

Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

• Presenting aftercare products and accessories face to face and over the phone to dealership clients

• Preparation of warranty paperwork

• Maintaining reports and general data entry

• Co ordinate vehicle deliveries with clients and sales team

• Maintain product knowledge and attend training

Selection Criteria

• Must have previous experience in an automotive aftermarket role.

• Highest level of commitment to customer service

• Professional, polished personal presentation 

• Excellent communication skills and presentation skills

• Strong negotiation skills

• Highly motivated and results driven 

• Strong interpersonal and team skills
