About the Role
The Web and Online Customer Service Coordinator will provide head office support to multiple Online Uniform Stores located in every state across Australia. Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, day-to-day activities include general customer service (phone and email), data entry, website edits (magento), building garments (SAP), delivery schedules, inventory allocation, AI image generation and supporting the warehouse team to continue the flow of orders to customers. Based in Midford's Head Office at Milperra, you will need strong attention to detail and communication skills and the ability to maintain relationships with key internal and external customers.
Duties / Responsibilities
Accurate processing and data entry of sales orders, invoices and credit notes.
Provide customer service for all online customer enquiries (phone and email) regarding orders placed, ETA's and exchange/returns/faulty information.
Garment building in internal system (SAP)
Website creation, edits and management (Magento)
Stock allocation & excel reporting
Delivery scheduling based on Term dates and School/customer requirements.
Information support to Territory Managers, School contacts and customers (parents and students).
Further assistance and admin duties for the management and retail store team

Microsoft Office skills especially in Outlook & Excel

Experience using Magento highly regarded
Knowledge of SAP highly regarded
Training on SAP will be provided
