Established in 2012, Triple J Drainage & Earthworks has built a strong reputation for delivering quality civil drainage and earthworks projects across Southeast Queensland.

As our workload continues to grow, we’re looking for motivated people to join our team across several roles. Whether you’re an experienced operator or pipelayer looking for your next long-term position, or someone wanting to build a career in civil drainage, we’d like to hear from you.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years’ experience in a lead pipelaying or foreman role

• Strong civil drainage and pipelaying knowledge

• Good understanding of local authority standards

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Reliable, organised and focused on quality onsite delivery

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years’ experience operating 20–40 tonne excavators

• Strong trenching and pipelaying experience

• Ability to work efficiently alongside pipelaying crews

• Leadership qualities and a strong team attitude

• Strong focus on safety, production and looking after equipment

• Experience operating 20–40 tonne excavators
