We don’t do average. We build homes that perform — and we’re looking for Apprentice Carpenters who want to do the same.

You’ll be hands-on, working alongside experienced tradesmen and leaders on real, high-performance homes from day one.
You’ll be part of an in-house carpentry team that’s setting new benchmarks for quality, efficiency, and sustainability.
Every day, you’ll learn how to do things properly — the Enduro way.

You’ll complete your Certificate III in Carpentry while gaining practical experience across framing, cladding, fit-out, and everything in between.

We’ll give you the structure, mentoring, and systems to not just get your trade — but become someone the industry looks up to.

What We’re Looking For

We want people who:

• Genuinely want a long-term career in the industry

• Take pride in showing up, working hard, and learning fast

• Pay attention to detail and want to do things right and fast

• Want to be part of a high-performing team that builds homes that actually make a difference

• Are hungry to learn about energy-efficient and sustainable construction

• You must have a drivers licence and a way to transport yourself to site

• Potentially a school leaver who has completed a VET or trade course
